Fatma Neslişah Sultan was a member of the Ottoman imperial family and was the granddaughter of the last Ottoman Sultan, Mehmed VI Vahideddin. She was born on January 4, 1921, in Istanbul, Turkey. She was the daughter of Prince Suleyman Selim and Princess Emine Necibe Hanım.

Fatma Neslişah Sultan was married to Prince Muhammad Abdel Moneim of Egypt in 1940, in a grand wedding ceremony in Istanbul. The couple had four children together, two sons, and two daughters.

Fatma Neslişah Sultan was an active figure in Turkish political and social life and was known for her philanthropic work and charitable contributions. She was also a patron of the arts and was deeply involved in the promotion and preservation of Ottoman culture and heritage.

After the death of her husband, Prince Muhammad Abdel Moneim, in 1979, Fatma Neslişah Sultan continued to live in Egypt. She died on April 2, 2012, in Cairo, Egypt, at the age of 91. She was buried in Istanbul, Turkey, in the mausoleum of her grandfather, Sultan Mehmed VI Vahideddin.
